  For the petition recall, here are the results. Out of 182 ballots mailed out, 53 were returned. That's 30 percent participation amongst "Paid" members. 129 paid members decided not to participate. I can say that is because the 2023 Board decided not to tell the 182 home owners the allegations behind the recall. I myself wouldn't have voted on that petition as it didn't explain anything and then talks about 1/2 a vote? With the new voting scheme that was introduced, residents were given anywhere from 1 to 17 votes? Now the results. 53 ballots returned:, Vote  Yes to recall was 51, Vote no to recall was 70.  The recall failed, but at the end of the meeting the Board of 2023 all resigned.
